About - Purpose and Intended Use of Appraisals for Virginia Real Estate
Appraisal of residential real estate when intended use is for Conventional, FHA & Private purposes. Extensive & formalized underwriting guidelines, rules and forms are typically used for proper completion of assignments. Reports and level of research are determined between client and appraiser by Scope of Work &/or Letter of Engagement. Private Appraisals can be changed to Morgage Lending reports using different forms per Client approval.
